You have to have expirience in all 3 areas (Ingame, the forums, and Teamspeak) before you apply. You are very mature though. But because you only have 3 messages on the forums and don't do Teamspeak, I have to give you a -1. P.S. A transgression is the breaking of a rule or procedure.
